On Sunday several physical assaults by multiple individuals resulted in 29 year old Richard Rios of Houston, TX to be shot in the lower torso.
It’s unknown if is was accidental or intentional.
Also injured was a 38 year old North Platte man and a 49 year old Elwood.
No arrests at this time. The investigation remains ongoing
