The trial date for a St. Paul charged in connection to a deadly crash North of Grand Island has been set for October 2nd.
Gary Williams, 62, is charged with felony motor vehicle homicide, DUI second offense and failure to yield at a stop sign.
The charges against him stem from an incident where an SUV driven by Williams failed to stop at a stop sign, and collided with a sedan, driven by Darren Findley.
Findley was pronounced deceased at the scene. Two other passengers of the sedan were transported with serious injuries while a baby in the vehicle was unharmed.
