A Kearney man has been arrested following a narcotics investigation.
On Friday, July 21, investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol served a search warrant to a residence on the 2400 block of West 25th Street in Kearney.
During the search, investigators located nearly two pounds of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, THC products, and over $5,000 in drug currency. Investigators also found two children in the same room as the controlled substances.
Joshua Rose, 29, was arrested for possession of controlled substances with intent to distribute, possession of drug currency, and two counts of child abuse. Rose was lodged in Buffalo County Jail. The two children were placed in protective custody.
Investigators were with the Nebraska State Patrol, Kearney Police Department, and TRIDENT Task Force.
