LINCOLN – Volleyball Day in Nebraska turned into a complete success, as the talent showcased by UNK, Wayne State, the Huskers, and Omaha proved enough to break multiple attendance records. Head Coach for Nebraska Volleyball John Cook addressed the crowd and spoke with multiple media outlets at the conclusion of the match. Additionally, UNK Volleyball Head Coach Rick Squiers also spoke to the media after the Lopers matchup against Wayne State. Listen to their comments below:

Head Coach for Nebraska Volleyball John Cook spoke to the fans last night after the Huskers sweep of Omaha in front of a record setting Memorial Stadium crowd, summarizing the event perfectly…

Cook would add later that its an event that his players can remember forever, and will be able to share with generations to come on how they grew the game of volleyball world-wide.
