KEARNEY — A vehicle injury accident took place at an intersection along Highway 30 during the afternoon hours of Tuesday, Feb. 25.
At 2:13 p.m., the Kearney Police Department notified the public that officers and emergency responders were currently at the scene of an injury accident at the intersection of Highway 30 and 30th Ave on the west side of Kearney.
On scene, at least one vehicle with heavy front-end damage was being loaded onto the back of a wrecker tow truck, while KPD officers provided traffic control around the intersection.
KPD asked the public to be patient for the safety of everyone involved or to take an alternative route around the area.
