Hits 106 Merch Contest Rules
These contest rules are specific to the Hits 106 Merch contest (the “Contest”) on Hits 106 conducted by NRG Media, LLC d/b/a KQKY-FM (the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 2223 Central Avenue Kearney,NE during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at https://kqky.com/contest-rules/.These rules are intended to supplement the General Contest rules, however, to the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.
Contest is open to all listeners who are 19 years old and live within 80 miles of stations studios. No purchase necessary.
Contest Dates: 12/16/24-7/31/25. Listeners may enter from 6 a.m. 12/16 -6 a.m. 7/31. Winners will be selected each Monday during the contest period, 31 winners total.
Enter online by completing the registration form at krny.com with your name, address, date of birth, phone number and email address.
Then each Monday from 12/26-7/31, one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries to win a Hits 106 T-shirt.
Value of prize: TBD (one Hits 106 T-shirt)
Station and contest sponsors are not responsible for a contestant’s inability to acquire transportation to a location to participate, use or accept the prize, personal circumstances prohibiting participation in a contest or other circumstances beyond their control. Winners may make no substitution or transfer of prize. Nothing in any contest is intended to create or imply any contractual, fiduciary or other rights for the contestant or obligations, except as expressly stated by Station.
