The owner of Monument Advisors faced a judge in Hall County Court Wednesday for the first time, where she faces 43 charges of theft by deception.
On Wednesday, Kelli Lepler, 45, who was recently transported back from Missouri, had her arraignment.
Lepler’s charges stem from a lengthy investigation by the Grand Police Department in regard to numerous complaints from people that paid for a headstone, but never received one.
The judge set Lepler’s bond to 10% of $150,000.
Lepler’s next court date is scheduled for August 15th.
