No. 20 Nebraska softball will have to wait a couple more days for its home opener. The Huskers announced that their home opener, scheduled to be Thursday at 2:30 p.m. against Northern Colorado, has been postponed due to expected bad weather. Nebraska had already previously postponed its Friday home game against Northern Iowa and the second game of a scheduled doubleheader between the Huskers and the Bears.
The Huskers will now open its home schedule Saturday at 11 a.m. against Northern Iowa. After that, Nebraska will take on Northern Colorado at 1:30 p.m. Then on Sunday, the Huskers will face Northern Iowa at 4 p.m., then South Dakota State at 6:30 p.m.
Fans with tickets for Thursday and Friday’s cancelled games can exchange their ticket(s) for any other home game in general admission seating, beginning Wednesday, March 5 at 10 a.m.
